For babies and children over the age of 6 months, I offer a troubleshooting phone call. This is ideal for those with less complex sleep problems or would like to discover more on their child's sleep or to simply ask questions about their child's sleep needs or goals.
 
This is a detailed phone call to offer support and suggestions based on the information provided in the questionnaire
 
An individual sleep questionnaire will be sent out prior to the phone call to establish sleep concerns and maximise our time spent on the phone
